† Our Netherlands location offers free 2000 Gbit Layer 3/4 DDoS protection, a user-friendly control panel (reboot, console access, reinstall), and high-quality Juniper/Arista network equipment for reliable performance. By default, servers come with 1 Gbit unmetered ports, though some models offer 10 Gbit shared ports. Dedicated 10 Gbit ports are available (subject to availability). Custom hardware setups (higher disk/RAM models) and higher bandwidth are also available. Contact support via Ticket or Live Chat for more details.

† Our Seychelles GeoIP routing offers dedicated servers with instant activation (up to 24 hours for custom models). Faster activation is available, though please note that Seychelles GeoIP routing serves traffic via our European facilities; the underlying hardware uses standard control panels with full KVM+ remote access. For any assistance, please contact support via Ticket or Live Chat.

† Self-managed dedicated servers are available with SSH (Linux) or Remote Desktop (Windows). We guarantee 99.9% uptime for reliability. Custom configurations are available—please contact support for more details. GeoIP routing through Seychelles is activated within 1 hour on workdays, and Netherlands location within 24 hours.

Why HOSTCAY

Why clients choose HOSTCAY for DMCA-ignored hosting

Many providers advertise DMCA-ignored hosting and then suspend you the moment a rights-holder emails them. Our approach is simple and published: complaints are reviewed by our own abuse team under the law of the server’s jurisdiction, not passed to an automated foreign takedown queue.

Local-law complaint handling

Complaints are reviewed under the law of the server jurisdiction by our own abuse team. Lawful content is hosted, including material other providers are quick to drop.

Privacy-friendly jurisdictions

Netherlands, Seychelles GeoIP, Lithuania and Germany — locations chosen for privacy-friendly rules and sensible data-protection standards.

Discreet ordering

Minimal KYC, neutral invoices, cryptocurrency accepted and dedicated IPs for every server.

Unmetered bandwidth

Unlimited traffic on 1–20 Gbps ports (40 Gbps on request) so a busy month is never cut short by a bandwidth bill.

DDoS protection included

Up to 2 Tbps Layer 3/4 mitigation in the Netherlands at no extra cost, plus standard filtering elsewhere.

No content surveillance

We do not scan your files or index your traffic looking for infringement. Your server is your business.

Free migration

Move your existing DMCA-ignored project to HOSTCAY free of charge, including databases and media.

24/7 support

Discreet technical support from our own engineers, around the clock.

Built for

Who needs DMCA-ignored dedicated servers

Lawful projects that keep colliding with aggressive notice-and-takedown regimes.

File and media archives

Download mirrors, archive collections and large media libraries that attract automated complaints and legal threats.

Torrent indexers and trackers

Index and tracker front-ends that link out to third-party content.

Streaming and IPTV

Film, series and sports portals facing regional copyright complaints.

Adult platforms

Adult tube sites and memberships that mainstream hosts refuse to keep online.

Grey-area commerce

Products legal where you operate but frequently reported by competitors or rights-holders.

Privacy and research projects

Investigative, whistleblower and archival projects that must not be quietly de-platformed.

FAQ

DMCA-ignored hosting FAQ

Straight answers about how complaints are handled and what our process does — and does not — cover.

What does “DMCA ignored” actually mean?

It describes our positioning: the servers run in jurisdictions chosen for privacy, and complaints are handled by our abuse team under local law rather than rubber-stamped from abroad.

Is DMCA-ignored hosting legal?

Yes. You are responsible for content being lawful in the server’s jurisdiction, but renting a server in a privacy-friendly country and deliberately choosing a jurisdiction whose rules suit your project is entirely legal.

What content is NOT allowed?

Anything illegal in the server’s jurisdiction — most importantly child sexual abuse material, malware infrastructure and fraud. Those are excluded regardless of location.

What happens if a complaint is filed against my server?

Our abuse team assesses notices under the law of the server jurisdiction. If a complaint concerns genuinely illegal content, our legal obligations in that jurisdiction take precedence — which is exactly why we offer several jurisdictions.

Do you store or scan my files?

No. We do not index your content looking for infringement. Your dedicated server is yours; we intervene for hardware, network or legal reasons only.

Which location is best for DMCA-ignored hosting?

The Netherlands is our most popular choice for performance and bandwidth; Seychelles GeoIP suits projects wanting a non-EU IP footprint, and Lithuania is the budget-friendly option. We will advise based on what you host.

How much bandwidth do I get?

Unmetered ports from 1 Gbps upward, with 10–20 Gbps on selected models and 40 Gbps on request. Traffic is not billed per terabyte.

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

Yes — Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies, as well as cards and PayPal. Invoices are described neutrally.

How quickly is a DMCA-ignored server activated?

Netherlands stock configurations are usually online within an hour; custom builds and other locations can take up to 24 hours.

Can I use my own domain and IPs?

Yes. Bring your own domains, and order additional IPv4 addresses (or discuss provider-independent ranges) as needed.

Is adult content allowed on DMCA-ignored servers?

Yes. Adult and XXX content is permitted; see our dedicated adult servers for a configuration tuned to video workloads.

Will you forward DMCA notices to me?

We are not an enforcement agent for third parties, but we will tell you when a complaint requires action under the law of the server’s jurisdiction.

Can I run a torrent tracker or file index?

Indexers, trackers and archives are hosted by many of our clients. We do not host or distribute the infringing files ourselves, and you remain responsible for compliance in the chosen jurisdiction.

Do you offer a trial or a cheaper entry point?

There is no trial, but offshore VPS plans start considerably lower than dedicated servers if you want to test our network and support first.
