What does “DMCA ignored” actually mean?
It describes our positioning: the servers run in jurisdictions chosen for privacy, and complaints are handled by our abuse team under local law rather than rubber-stamped from abroad.
Is DMCA-ignored hosting legal?
Yes. You are responsible for content being lawful in the server’s jurisdiction, but renting a server in a privacy-friendly country and deliberately choosing a jurisdiction whose rules suit your project is entirely legal.
What content is NOT allowed?
Anything illegal in the server’s jurisdiction — most importantly child sexual abuse material, malware infrastructure and fraud. Those are excluded regardless of location.
What happens if a complaint is filed against my server?
Our abuse team assesses notices under the law of the server jurisdiction. If a complaint concerns genuinely illegal content, our legal obligations in that jurisdiction take precedence — which is exactly why we offer several jurisdictions.
Do you store or scan my files?
No. We do not index your content looking for infringement. Your dedicated server is yours; we intervene for hardware, network or legal reasons only.
Which location is best for DMCA-ignored hosting?
The Netherlands is our most popular choice for performance and bandwidth; Seychelles GeoIP suits projects wanting a non-EU IP footprint, and Lithuania is the budget-friendly option. We will advise based on what you host.
How much bandwidth do I get?
Unmetered ports from 1 Gbps upward, with 10–20 Gbps on selected models and 40 Gbps on request. Traffic is not billed per terabyte.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Yes — Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies, as well as cards and PayPal. Invoices are described neutrally.
How quickly is a DMCA-ignored server activated?
Netherlands stock configurations are usually online within an hour; custom builds and other locations can take up to 24 hours.
Can I use my own domain and IPs?
Yes. Bring your own domains, and order additional IPv4 addresses (or discuss provider-independent ranges) as needed.
Is adult content allowed on DMCA-ignored servers?

Will you forward DMCA notices to me?
We are not an enforcement agent for third parties, but we will tell you when a complaint requires action under the law of the server’s jurisdiction.
Can I run a torrent tracker or file index?
Indexers, trackers and archives are hosted by many of our clients. We do not host or distribute the infringing files ourselves, and you remain responsible for compliance in the chosen jurisdiction.
Do you offer a trial or a cheaper entry point?
There is no trial, but offshore VPS plans start considerably lower than dedicated servers if you want to test our network and support first.
