We are able to auto-migrate your clients' websites only if their previous provider's control panel is also cPanel. Just open a ticket with your clients' previous cPanel login details, and we will auto-migrate everything with no loss. The only step your clients must do is update their DNS or Nameservers from their domain panel. Our support team is available to assist with the transfer process.
    Yes, you can purchase additional cPanel accounts for your plan by purchasing extra add-ons from your client area. Each additional cPanel account will cost €1.00 EUR per month.
    Yes, you can purchase additional disk space and dedicated IPv4 addresses, along with other options, through your client area. Each additional IPv4 address costs €2.50 EUR per month. For additional disk space, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or open a ticket for a manual increase in your current plan.
    We use Imunify Malware Detector & Removal to safeguard your cPanel account. When this tool identifies malware, phishing, or any other illegal activities, it will automatically remove the compromised files from your clients cPanel account.
    All our servers utilize Litespeed and Nginx caching to accelerate the loading of your website’s content. We recommend keeping these caching options enabled for optimal performance. However, if a client is updating content on their website, it’s advisable to clear the cache from both the browser and the cPanel Litespeed section to ensure that the latest content is displayed, as caching tools may retain outdated copies. Clients can disable caching at any time by accessing the Litespeed and Nginx sections in their cPanel account.
    By default, all our servers use white-label nameservers. This means that if you opt for our nameservers, they will be non-branded, such as ns1.serverhosting.com and ns2.serverhosting.com, with a simple index page that reads: "Please contact your hosting company for assistance." This approach ensures that your clients are unaware that you are reselling our services. Alternatively, you have the option to set up your own branded nameservers, such as ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com.

    We use CloudLinux LVE (Lightweight Virtualized Environment) limitations to manage resource allocation. This means each cPanel account is restricted in terms of CPU usage, IO (input/output), RAM, MySQL database usage, and other resources. If your clients' websites are loading slowly, it may indicate that they have exceeded these resource limits.

    View LVE Limits in cPanel: Clients can check their current resource usage and limits in their cPanel account. This helps them understand if they are reaching or exceeding their allocated resources.

    Normal Loading After Limits Cool Down: When resource usage goes back below the allocated limits, website performance should return to normal. This cooling period allows the system to stabilize and reduces the load on the server.

    Upgrade to VPS or Dedicated Server: If exceeding resource limits is a frequent issue and impacts website performance, upgrading to a VPS (Virtual Private Server) or a Dedicated Server may be necessary. This option provides more resources and better performance. You can purchase these from us, from you, or from another provider.

    By understanding and managing these limitations, your clients can make informed decisions about their hosting needs and potentially avoid performance issues.

    You are responsible for managing your clients' content. If we receive abuse reports, we will forward them to you for resolution. While we do not suspend your services directly, if the issue is not resolved, we may suspend the affected client's cPanel account until the matter is addressed. Your reseller account will remain active at all times.
    If your clients' websites are missing features or PHP extensions that affect their functionality, please contact us with the details of the missing PHP extensions and the PHP version they are using. We will promptly enable the necessary extensions for you. While we usually enable almost all extensions by default, some new ones may require manual intervention if they haven't been updated yet.
    We perform daily backups to external sources. If your client needs data restoration or has lost data, simply submit a ticket with the website details, and we will restore data from the previous day within minutes, free of charge. Please note that we retain backups only while the cPanel account is active. Once a cPanel account is terminated, we keep the data for an additional 2 days before it is permanently removed from our servers. If you require restoration after termination, please contact us as soon as possible before the 2-day period expires.
    Our reseller hosting plan IPs are blacklisted by Spamhaus and other blacklists due to risky websites hosted by other users, which has led to email deliverability issues. This situation is outlined in our service agreement. To ensure your clients can send emails effectively, we recommend purchasing a dedicated IP address from us or using third-party webmail and SMTP providers. Options include Mail.Baby (0.20 cents per 1k emails), Google Workspace ($6 per month), and Namecheap Private Email Hosting ($2 per month). These services can be used in conjunction with your cPanel hosting by updating the MX DNS records to the provider of your choice.
